Didden’s expertise is based on experience passed down through the generations. Michèle Didden, the great-granddaughter of the founder, is now at the helm of the company. With the support of around thirty enthusiastic employees, she is proud to share with you her passion for taste.

Certified quality
Didden’s commitment to quality is an absolute priority. It extends beyond the application of HACCP management systems. Didden has held BRC certification for many years. BRC is a world-recognised standard which is used as a reference by the most demanding retail chains. BRC certification is granted by independent auditors only to suppliers who meet the most stringent standards in terms of the safety and quality of food products. Didden also produces kosher, Halal and organic certified products.
Expert advice
Didden enjoys the support of a long-term cooperation with Professor Dr. Ir. J. Debevere (University of Ghent). He provides advice in relation to the development of new products and the stability of certain production processes.
