IT’S HISTORY

Didden a family factory, founded in 1925, starts out by producing mustard and vinegar.
It quickly diversifies its products and bottles pickled gherkins and onions as well as relishes.
A few years later, Didden starts the production of mayonnaise and various emulsion sauces (Cocktail, Tartar and Andalusian), each one available in several presentations.
Diversification speeds up. New flavours appear. These products are chosen by the most demanding customers.
Didden next adds a large range of salads to its traditional products : meat, tuna fish, chicken, crab, and many other salads appear. Traditional sauces, ready to heat, in a new type of packaging, increase the choice of specialities.  
Recently the company has started to produce Italian sauces (Spaghetti and Bolognaise) and a number of delicacies such as onions chutney,  Belgian endives chutneys, figs chutney, shallots chutney or prepared cranberries. A full range of quality products !
Didden has been awarded the European label « B589 » by the institute of Veterinary Expertise. This is the result of long term financial and human investment.
